Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible on both Thursday and Friday. For Thursday, a wave of energy will be passing near the tri-state, which will spark the development of showers and thunderstorms, some of which may be strong to severe with damaging winds, large hail, and heavy rain being the main threats. For Friday, we will once again be under the gun for the possibility of strong to severe thunderstorms. A cold front will be sliding SE towards the area. As this occurs, showers and thunderstorms (some strong to severe) will once again develop.
